Stéphane Wrembel w/Special Guest Premik Russell Tubbs @Symphony Space NYC
Premik Russell Tubbs joins Stephane along with other world class musicians, as he invites you to an intimate evening of music, wine and community at the Thalia Bar at Symphony Space on Tuesday, March 25th to support his Django à Gogo Music Festival & Guitar Camp.
Since 2003, this annual festival celebrating the unparalleled musical legacy of jazz guitarist and composer Django Reinhardt has united some of the world's most exceptional musicians to honor the timeless essence of Sinti guitar style. Django à Gogo brings together world-class musicians from France, Canada, the U.S., and beyond for four unique concerts, reinterpreting and evolving Reinhardt’s repertoire through improvisation and cross-cultural collaboration. Django á Gogo also offers a "Guitar Camp," a 5-day immersive series of workshops, instructional classes, and jam sessions led by Stephane and the esteemed performers at the festival.
Given the remarkable nature of Django à Gogo—and the significant costs of bringing the world’s greatest European players to the stage—financial support is essential. Funds raised will help cover costs such as artist visas, plane tickets, hotels and venue rentals, ensuring Django à Gogo delivers at the highest level of exceptionalism.
At this gallant event, the evening’s music will transport you with a rich blend of Impressionist melodies, traditional French musette, classic Gypsy tunes, and Django Reinhardt’s signature fiery swing—infused with hints of Tango, Jobim, and New Orleans flair.

Free Your Heart - Premik will join devotional singer Carrie Grossman for an evening of Kirtan & Sacred Chant on November 22nd in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
Carrie Grossman (Dayashila), MA, sings soothing, heavenly chants and is a lifelong student of the mystical traditions. For over 20 years, she has studied the art of sacred sound, guiding people into the sublime realms of the heart through her concerts, workshops, and retreats.
At the age of 21, Carrie first traveled to India where she was introduced to kirtan (call and response mantra chanting). The beauty of the practice inspired her to sing, but due to shyness and self-doubt, 10 years went by before the music within her emerged. It wasn’t until a difficult life period that she began to write songs and play the harmonium. She has since produced several albums, including Soma-Bandhu: Friend of the Moon (2010), The Ram Sessions (2016), Pranam (2017), and Homeward (2019).
Carrie began her journey as a scholar, earning degrees in Religious Studies from Brown University (BA) and Naropa University (MA), but ultimately she longed to experience the teachings directly. This desire led her to study with some of the world’s great masters and to receive further training and certification in yoga, mind-body medicine, and the healing arts.
Also a prolific writer, Carrie is the former editor of Common Ground magazine. She is deeply influenced by her longtime spiritual teacher Amma, and the many guides and mentors she’s had along the way.
